Dear Prospective Exhibitors,

For the first time in history, two organizations will be collaborating to host a joint conference.  The California Association of the Deaf (CAD) and California Education of the Deaf (CAL-ED) Boards are writing to see if your organization, business, or corporation would be interested in sponsoring our joint conference this coming September 29th - Oct 1st, 2023, in Sacramento, California.

Our conference theme “Together We Thrive: Embracing Languages and Identities”, will feature a symposium and workshops available to all conference attendees with a focus on thriving for a better future for our Deaf students, their families, and our Deaf community. We are very much looking forward to continuing our successful conference this coming September.  

This is a great opportunity for you to partner with CAD and CAL-ED to help promote, protect, preserve, and elevate educational, linguistic, human and civil rights for all Deaf students and community members.  Both organizations have been and continue to be very active with our contributions and in our volunteerism to support many programs, events, and organizations for Deaf Californians and Deaf children’s families. 

To make a difference by participating; 

The interactive booths will be in the hotel ballroom. They will be centralized near the workshop sessions, banquet rooms, and restrooms.

The exhibition fee for Friday, Sept 29th - Sunday, Oct 1st for one representative will be::

• $500 for the profit corporations

• $425 for non-profit organizations

• $375 for personal/home-owned businesses

• $200 for additional representative (included all food except GALA)

The exhibition fee also includes:

• One 6’x3’ table and two chairs

• One identification sign stating company name 

• One exhibitor registration tag

• • Includes Friday appetizers/cash bar, Saturday breakfast, and Sunday breakfast (Gala not included)

• Company listing in the program book/social media platforms

The exhibition will be open as followed:

Friday     10:00 to 1:00pm (SET UP) 

Friday     1:00 pm to 5:00 pm 

Saturday  8:00 am to 5:00 pm 

Sunday    8:00 am to 12 noon

Please make arrangements with our exhibitor chairs by September 1, 2023 if you will need American Sign Language interpreting services to interpret for you at your booth.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds will be made to those who cancel, a $100 processing fee will be deducted. Written cancellation requests must be postmarked on or before September 1, 2023. No refunds will be made after September 1, 2023.

Deadline to Register

To become an exhibitor at our conference, please register here CAD & CAL-ED EXHIBITORS , no later than August 20, 2023.
